If any product is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your quality expectations, you can return it directly to the delivery personnel at the time of handover with zero hassle.
3. Return Eligibility by Product Category
- Fresh Groceries, Fruits & Vegetables: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery due to perishability. Instant replacement or store refund is provided.
- Packaged Food, Spices & Staples: Returnable within 48 hours if sealed packaging is intact and undamaged.
- Electronics & Lifestyle Gadgets: 7-day replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. Item must include original box, accessories, and invoice.
- Personal Care & Beauty Products: Returnable only if unopened and with the safety seal intact for hygiene reasons.
